Cove UK is seeking an experienced Home Sales Director to join our Executive Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy across all of our holiday parks, managing high-performing sales teams, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive home sales across all parks
- Meet company objectives and market demands through promotion and sales initiatives
- Engage in proactive prospecting to identify key stakeholders and fuel new business
- Cultivate enduring owner relationships by addressing their unique needs
- Manage inventory effectively to maximise profit margins while maintaining a robust stock pipeline
- Ensure all financial transactions related to sales are transparent, efficient, and in line with company standards
- Establish KPIs and sales targets, regularly reporting to the executive leadership team on performance
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions. You should have at least 7 years of proven experience in a multi-site senior sales leadership role, with a strong track record of motivating and managing high-performing teams in achieving sales targets.
You should have expertise in managing multiple projects, consistently meeting sales quotas, and in-depth knowledge of competitor analysis and market trend identification. Relevant qualifications/experience in Sales and Sales Management are essential.
