Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Commissioning Home Manager for their beautiful new luxury Nursing Home based in Selsey, Chichester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider with all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centred care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, residential care, and specialist dementia care.

**Interview Process**:
The interview process will be in a two-stage format.
- Stage One - Video call interview with the HR Business Partner & Regional Director
- Stage Two - Video call or In-person interview with the SMT
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes
- Care home commissioning experience or background within luxury nursing homes
- Great clinical oversight
- Possess strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Driving license and own vehicle are required

**Location**:
The care home is based in Selsey and is commutable from Arundel, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Emsworth, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Hayling Island, Littlehampton, Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Worthing and surrounding areas.
