  • Have a proven track record in themanagement and delivery of highquality care within nursinghomes
  • Care home commissioningexperience or background within luxury nursing homes
  • Great clinical oversight
  • Possess strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communicativeskills
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership
  • Knowledgeable of CQCcriteria
  • Driving license and own vehicleare required
