Pastry Chef Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a beautiful, privately owned boutique hotel in Lymington. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for running the Pastry Section, creating delicious pastries, desserts, and bread from scratch. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Rosette Rated kitchen and take your culinary skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Pastry Section, including planning, preparation, and presentation of pastries, desserts, and bread
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus and ensure high-quality standards
  • Lead a team of pastry chefs and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of pastry-making techniques and ingredients
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
