We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team at Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression. As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of installation works for our Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and plan installation jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients and the admin team to coordinate installation schedules and deadlines.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure stock adjustments are completed.
- Schedule installation visits with sites, taking into account customer and site requirements.
- Create documentation for clients and engineers, including works completed and installation details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers and customers to ensure smooth installations and meet timescales.
- Enter data into our CRM system and customer portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Invoice customers and perform general service administration duties.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and the admin team.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, with the ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol, with the ability to use these tools effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to managing workload.
- At least 2 years' experience in a scheduling, planning, or coordinating role, preferably in a similar industry.
- A competitive basic salary of up to £26,000 per annum, subject to experience.
