About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Product Lead to join our team at EC1 Partners Ltd. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for CRM innovation
  • Build and establish the CRM/Salesforce offering
  • Establish future functionality, particularly bringing more data into the systems
  • Amalgamate services within CRM
  • Drive prioritization activities and manage the product backlog
  • Gather and manage client/product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
  • Manage competitive intelligence
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or related discipline, ideally building out CRM solutions
  • Client-focused with a demonstrated track record of building user experiences and products that customers love
  • Comfortable in agile development methodologies
  • Strong technical intuition and love of good design
  • Experience working with Salesforce is not essential but would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in Wealth Management/Retail Banking would be hugely advantageous
