Account Manager Opportunity

Lesniak Swann, a specialist B2B marketing and PR agency, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional account management to a diverse range of B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain business data and market information from clients to ensure the agency is immersed in their business.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including timings, budgets, client liaison, briefing, and invoicing.
  • Position the agency as a strategic partner, taking an active interest in all aspects of client business.
What We Offer:
  • An annual salary of between £28,000 and £42,000, depending on experience.
  • A pension contribution of 5%.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (usually 33 days a year in total).
  • Additional time for Christmas closing (usually at least an extra 3 days).
  • Flexible working with 50% of time spent in the office.
  • A bonus scheme based on personal and agency performance.
  • Training and development opportunities, including regular courses.
