Marketing Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our team at Creative Alliance. As a Marketing Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging content strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, and website.
  • Collaborate with the in-house creative team to produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and images.
  • Utilize social media management software to manage and schedule content, engage with followers, and monitor analytics.
  • Contribute to the creation of monthly social media and influencer calendars, as well as plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a library of social content and influencer content, and report on trends and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • GCSE in Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above.
  • Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Training and Development:

As a Marketing Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, which will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, theories, and practices. You will also receive training in branding, communication, audience understanding, research methodologies, and competitor analysis.

The apprenticeship will include a blended learning delivery model, which will include online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, and one-to-one support. You will also have the opportunity to work on real-world marketing projects and campaigns, and receive feedback and guidance from experienced marketing professionals.

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a marketing role, and will be well-positioned for future career advancement opportunities.
