Overview:
Omega Resource Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Account Manager to join a leading and expanding engineering firm located in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing high-profile accounts while maximizing growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries, prioritize quotations, and assess demand while showcasing a technical understanding of systems and components.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of existing customer relationships at senior levels.
  • Pursue leads, target new business, and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Utilize sales data to pinpoint opportunities for sales growth.
  • Conduct visits to customers both domestically and internationally.

Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will possess:
  • A background in a comparable senior customer-facing role within Account Management or Sales.
  • Experience in the Aerospace, Aviation, or Defence sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the capability to deliver presentations at senior levels.
  • The ability to cultivate and strengthen business relationships.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally as required.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
