The Role:

We are looking for a strong operator who is well-versed in PR, communications, storytelling, and the media.

  1. Client account management and delivery of campaigns on strategy, on time, and on budget
  2. Developing client strategies and implementing relevant activity
  3. Providing strategic communications advice to clients
  4. Content planning management
  5. Creating content for owned and earned media
  6. Researching, writing, and placing articles/press releases in the media
  7. Media relations
  8. Pitching to the media to gain maximum strategic coverage
  9. Proactively monitoring the media for opportunities for clients
  10. Building positive and beneficial relationships and networks
  11. Supporting and developing colleagues
  12. Supporting new business activity

About You:

  1. Hold previous relevant experience (1 to 2 years as an Account Manager, or 2 to 3 years as an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive)
  2. Proven track record of PR success
  3. Organized
  4. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Able to work to quick deadlines
  7. Passionate about PR, the media, business, culture, trends, and current affairs
  8. Able to think strategically and to provide strategic advice
  9. Solid knowledge of social media and digital media
  10. Educated to A Levels
  11. An excellent storyteller and content creator
  12. Enjoys new business
