Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Burnham Beeches Hotel.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering seamless service to guests, ensuring the team understands all services and facilities offered, and maintaining a positive and can-do attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the team delivers a seamless service to all guests during their stay
  • Ensure the team understands all the services and facilities offered to the guest within the hotel
  • Remain polite and courteous at all times
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Display a positive and can-do attitude at all times
  • Maximise opportunities to exceed guest expectations during their stay
  • Ensure accuracy of all reservations
  • Adhere to company policy and guidelines
  • Outstanding telephone manner when conversing with guests and staff alike
Requirements
  • Previous experience of fine dining at Rosette level preferable
  • Role will involve evening and weekend work
