Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality food and beverage service in line with established standards.
  • Developing and implementing departmental procedures to enhance sales and creativity in beverage offerings.
  • Conducting daily briefings and participating in scheduled food and beverage meetings.
  • Preparing the service area to ensure cleanliness and guest comfort.
  • Overseeing staff roles and responsibilities to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Addressing guest feedback and resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Training team members in essential beverage knowledge and service techniques.
  • Completing necessary reports and documentation at the end of each shift.
  • Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in sourcing and reviewing entertainment options.
  • Creating promotional materials aimed at boosting revenue and guest engagement.

What We Seek:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
  • A strong background in food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in IT and fluency in English.
