We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter/Multitrade Specialist to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with a Local Authority in Islington to assist with the appointment of a Carpenter/Multitrade, on a 3-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To carry out multi-skilled works as instructed by the Supervisor, ensuring excellent standards of completion.
  • To plan and organize workload to maximize productive time, ensuring the best service to customers, including dealing with urgent and emergency repairs.
  • To promptly inform the Scheduler/Planner/Supervisor of any unanticipated problems or delays that may impact appointments.
  • To provide regular updates and information to supervisors/scheduler planner team and other colleagues to assist with ordering of materials, planning, and scheduling of work.
  • To report any follow-on or related repair works identified with the customer, providing sufficient detail for an accurate further works order.

**Requirements:**

  • Recognized C&G Apprentice training in Multi-skilling NVQ level 3.
  • Multi-skills training to a minimum of NVQ3 or a willingness to be trained to the required standard.
  • Demonstrates the ability to organize own workload, prioritize tasks, order necessary materials, and work unsupervised for extended periods.

**Important Notes:**

  • You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • You should have the right to work in the UK.
  • This role requires an enhanced DBS.
