This esteemed food manufacturer is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to spearhead the technical initiatives within the facility.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in upholding and advancing food safety and quality protocols. Your responsibilities will include guiding and inspiring the quality team while promoting a culture of excellence throughout the production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards to satisfy customer expectations, BRC guidelines, and legal obligations.
  • Establish and uphold HACCP protocols, assessing risks and determining controls for new processes, products, or raw materials.
  • Manage quality assurance systems to guarantee that production adheres to established safety and quality benchmarks.
