Job Title: Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Manager to join our global chemicals company. As a key member of the site Senior Leadership Round Table, you will be responsible for managing the team of Safety, Environment, Health and Quality professionals and driving standards for SHEQ across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team of Safety, Environment, Health and Quality professionals
  • Drive standards for SHEQ across the site
  • Ensure compliance with UK Standards and legislation
  • Liaise and collaborate with global teams to achieve alignment in standards and approach
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with peers and colleagues across departments and functions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing and developing teams
  • Demonstrable experience of driving consistent high performance and ensuring collaboration and strong team ethics
  • Ability to enrol individuals from all levels and be an energetic and imaginative leader
  • Chartered Membership of IOSH or working towards
  • Experience from a similar risk profile environment including petrochemical, engineering, or hazardous industrial settings
