About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual to join our Corporate Health and Safety team as a Trainee Health and Safety Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive health and safety advice to staff across the organization.
  • Support the development of our award-winning Corporate Health and Safety team.
  • Work towards a nationally recognized Level 3 Health and Safety qualification and Technician membership of IOSH.
  • Collaborate with a highly motivated and dedicated team to promote a safe working environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,893 - £25,119.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including a pension, excellent discount schemes, and professional development opportunities.
  • A 20% paid time allocation for a Level 3 Safety, Health and Environment Technician apprenticeship.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in Health and Safety and a willingness to learn and develop on the job.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively.
  • A good eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
