With a strong history of success, we are seeking a proactive and skilled Sales Support Coordinator to enhance our operations by assisting our team of Consultants and Directors in reaching exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and accurately relay messages.
- Schedule and confirm candidate interviews and client meetings through our CRM system.
- Verify candidates' eligibility and conduct compliance checks.
- Oversee diary management and coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Input data and maintain our database effectively.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information.
- Prepare and process documents and presentations using Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Manage the company website and job boards, ensuring current vacancies are updated.
- Maintain compliance controls.
- Prepare reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support and cover for the Operations Manager as needed.
- Perform any additional administrative tasks to ensure the team operates smoothly.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage a diverse workload.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in IT, particularly with MS Office and CRM databases.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive, 'can-do' attitude and a desire to contribute positively to our support functions. Previous experience in a similar role within a sales environment, utilizing Microsoft Office, CRM, and other sales tools, is essential. You should be accustomed to the dynamic pace of a busy sales office.
