Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Director - Hedge Fund Research to join our high-performing Hedge Fund Research team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence on leading hedge funds, including meeting with hedge fund managers and performing reference checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of hedge funds, including their investment strategies, risk profiles, and performance metrics.
- Meet with hedge fund managers and other industry professionals to gather information and build relationships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hedge fund industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on hedge fund investments, including recommendations on portfolio allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with other members of the Hedge Fund Research team to develop and implement investment strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hedge fund industry.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hedge fund research, with a strong understanding of investment strategies and risk management.
- Passionate about the hedge fund industry and knowledgeable of different investment strategies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
