About the Role:

Sales Manager
Currys is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to achieve exceptional sales results.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment where you will be empowered to make a real impact on our business. You will be working closely with our team to identify commercial opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop your team to achieve exceptional sales results
  • Lead a highly engaged team and understand their strengths and development opportunities
  • Drive sales and profit objectives while putting the customer first
  • Create excitement and engagement around new product launches

You will need to have management experience in a similar sized, sales-driven business and proven coaching skills. You will also need to be confident leading a team, approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers, and keen to learn about the latest technology.
