About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team at Just Mortgages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise in-branch opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment.
  • Lead Generation: Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
  • Business Development: Generate your own leads and business.
  • Collaboration: Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure as efficient a process as possible for the client.
Requirements
  • CeMAP Qualification: It is essential that you currently hold CeMAP qualification, or an industry equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
  • Right to Work: We will need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of a Passport/Birth Certificate, Proof of Address, National Insurance, and Full UK Driving Licence.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary (dependent on experience).
  • Uncapped Commission Scheme: On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year.
