About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Countrywide Mortgage Services, part of the Connells Group. As a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK, we offer a range of services including residential sales, lettings, new homes, mortgage services, surveying, and conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
  • Attracting new customers and business in a target-driven environment
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships

Requirements

  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
