About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Mortgage Advice Bureau. As a key member of our New Homes Mortgage Broker practice, you will be responsible for providing top-class service to developers and clients in the NORWICH and wider NORFOLK region.

With a strong focus on lead generation, you will be expected to proactively engage with developers and clients to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships. Your expertise in protection advice and recommendation will be essential in driving business growth and exceeding targets.

As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, with a strong understanding of the New Homes sector and the ability to provide professional and quality advice from the whole of market. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to attend regular sales meetings and site visits.

We offer a fantastic employed package, with earnings potential in the region of £50 - 60K pa. You will need to be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and have a strong understanding of the FS culture and quality advisers require.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-class service to developers and clients in the NORWICH and wider NORFOLK region
  • Proactively engage with developers and clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with developers and clients
  • Provide professional and quality advice from the whole of market
  • Exceed targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage and protection advice
  • Strong understanding of the New Homes sector
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
