About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Advisor to join our team at CV Bay Ltd. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our valued client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product range
  • Identify product upgrades and cross-selling opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies to assist our customers
  • Meet individual performance and sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer care or technical support experience in an IT/web-based/technical environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
