Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and structured leadership to the local team to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
  • Be vigilant and proactive in reporting safeguarding concerns about vulnerable individuals in care.
  • Assist in seeking out new opportunities for growth and development of the service while protecting the company's values and culture.
  • Ensure new team members are appropriately recruited and trained.
  • Lead staff in enabling service users to live fulfilling lives based on their individual needs and aspirations.
  • Attend interviews for potential new packages of care and support as required.
  • Implement risk assessments to safeguard the wellbeing of service users.
  • Understand and promote a person-centred approach to deliver a quality service.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication throughout the service and with external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to support and develop a team.
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Prior experience in a Supported Living or Residential service is ideal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding role.
