About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Eden Futures. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our local team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our service users.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to service users.
  • Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance the quality of services and meet the needs of service users.
  • Work closely with the training team to ensure that all staff receive the necessary training and development to meet the needs of service users.
  • Recruit and select new staff, ensuring that they are appropriately trained and developed to meet the needs of service users.
  • Ensure that all service users receive a person-centred and needs-led approach to service delivery.
  • Work closely with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with commissioning requirements and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team in a care or support setting.
  • Qualification in Health and Social Care, ideally at Level 2 or above.
  • Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Willingness to undertake further training and development to meet the needs of service users.
