Job Title: Technical SEO Consultant

Central Employment is delighted to be working with an established Newcastle-based digital agency, as they look to recruit a Technical SEO Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Technical SEO Consultant to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative digital marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns and will be responsible for providing expert advice on site and URL structure, schema mark-up, navigation, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive traffic and increase online visibility.
  • Conduct technical site audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the web and software development teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to measure campaign success.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Technical SEO role.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and Google best practice.
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • Basic understanding of client-server behavior and the HTTP protocol.
