We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to play a pivotal role in establishing a global supply network and unlocking potential for the broader industry.

Role Objectives:

This position offers a rare chance to contribute to the development of Small Modular Reactors, playing a crucial part in the journey towards decarbonisation and achieving global net-zero targets.

Formulate and implement a procurement strategy for the PDP/EPC supply chain partner, facilitating the deployment of power stations.

Lead and manage tender processes to evaluate, review, and select EPC/PDP partners utilizing core procurement methodologies.

Oversee project management of procurement activities related to this partnership workstream.

Provide leadership and guidance to the team of buyers under your management.

Key Qualifications:

Experience in delivering supply chain solutions within highly regulated environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain project management, having worked under stringent objectives and timelines. A cross-functional background in strategy, commercial aspects, project management, regulation, logistics, and comprehensive supply chain solutions is preferred.

Ability to implement frameworks for tailored supply chain strategies.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in deploying frameworks to create specific strategies that align with business objectives, recognizing global opportunities and varying regulatory landscapes while integrating best practices into the supply chain approach.

Category Management Expertise

Experience in managing or collaborating with organizations that execute infrastructure projects as an EPC is essential.

Familiarity with managing partners in highly regulated sectors (such as nuclear, power generation, civil engineering, aerospace, automotive, and petrochemical) is highly advantageous.

Stakeholder Engagement and Influence

Effective communication with various functions, including engineering, commercial, manufacturing, and project management, is critical. Additionally, representing the organization with external stakeholders requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with the ability to articulate the organization’s values and objectives.

Team Leadership Responsibilities

The candidate should have experience in leading and nurturing a high-performance supply chain team. Collaboration with the team to generate insightful reports on business performance and supply chain activities is essential. This includes implementing performance management processes to set objectives, track progress, and provide constructive feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits


• Salary - £57,600 - £75,600


• Performance-related bonus of up to 12.5%
