We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our successful HR team near Wembley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and executing training projects, as well as identifying new training needs within our division.

This is a rich and varied role that requires someone who can manage projects and proposals independently, lead on training programmes, and bring creativity and variety to their work. You will have the opportunity to make this role your own and become an integral part of our wider team.

To be successful, you will come from a retail or hospitality background, ensuring you have an existing understanding of the lifecycle of functions, roles, and dynamics relevant to the position. You will need to have proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, work collaboratively, and win hearts and minds to affect change.
