About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to support our elderly client with daily activities and outings. The ideal candidate will be physically active, able to work independently, and have a genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with cooking, meal preparation, and eating meals/drinks
  • Encourage socialization and participation in activities
  • Develop a trusting one-to-one working relationship
  • Accompany the client on outings, including walks and bus trips to Cleethorpes and surrounding areas
Requirements
  • Be honest, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Have good listening skills and provide non-judgmental emotional support
  • Be patient, supportive, and caring
  • Have a willingness to learn and adapt to the client's needs
Training and Support

Successful candidates will be required to undertake any necessary training, including moving and handling, to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible support to our client.
