Job Summary:

The Financial Process Manager will be responsible for managing the financial processes of the organization, including cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial procedures manual maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash Management: Manage daily cash management, including cash flow forecast, investment of surplus cash, and transfers between operating bank accounts in accordance with bank facilities.
  2. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: Manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, supporting the team with queries and actively improving KPIs.
  3. Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Maintain all balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis, including the reconciliation of payroll journals to HR records.
  4. Financial Procedures Manual: Manage and maintain the Finance Process sections of the financial procedures manual and ensure compliance, as well as the Processing Team's day-to-day finance procedures.
  5. Year-End Financial Statements: Assist in the delivery of the year-end financial statements, including preparation of audit deliverables and responding to audit queries.

Requirements:

To be eligible for the role, you must be a fully/part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA), studying towards full qualification. You will have experience of sales ledger, purchase ledger, and managing a finance team. In addition, you will have strong Excel skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Selection Process:

The selection process will consist of three stages: Application and shortlisting, informal interview, and panel interview with a 10-minute presentation.
