Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels and that all products are accurately priced and displayed.

Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience of leading and managing teams in a retail environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Financial Management Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Inventory Management Skills: Experience of managing inventory in a retail environment, including receipt, storage, and distribution.
  • Store Maintenance Skills: Ability to maintain a high standard of store appearance, including the upkeep of fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
  • Compliance Skills: Knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
