Exciting Opportunity for a Student Lettings Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Lettings Manager to join our team at Adaptable Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the lettings process for student accommodation in the Liverpool area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the lettings process for student accommodation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both landlords and tenants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct viewings and property inspections, ensuring that properties are presented in the best possible light.
- Process applications and conduct credit checks, ensuring that tenants are suitable for the properties.
- Manage the inventory and condition reports, ensuring that properties are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure that properties are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lettings management, preferably in the student accommodation sector.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of lettings legislation and regulations.
