Lettings Manager Opportunity

Nexus ERP is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead our lettings department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the lettings department, including business generation, valuations, training, and coaching staff members. You will ensure compliance, client care, and manage long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the lettings team to ensure they are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the lettings department, ensuring compliance and effective staff cover at all times.
  • Chair morning meetings to energize and focus the team.
  • Conduct market appraisals to gain completed client instructions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven lettings experience and knowledge of lettings legislation.
  • Strong people management skills and a proven track record of success.
  • A good understanding of the lettings industry and market trends.
