We are seeking an experienced Student Lettings Manager to join our team at Everpool. As a key member of our property and lettings team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive property and tenancy management service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Conduct viewings and ensure full occupancy of our student and residential units.
- Follow the student letting cycle, adhering to company expectations and procedures.
- Deal with formal complaints from tenants and landlords, resolving issues in line with company policy and procedures.
- Take ownership of block management, conducting regular walk-throughs and addressing any issues promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance for properties, liaising with contractors and landlords to ensure authorisation and efficient management of associated invoices.
- Ensure property compliance, utility management, and effective renewal processes.
- Process end-of-tenancy notices, overseeing property check-out inspections, and managing deposit returns.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a student lettings environment.
- Proven track record in achieving lettings targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, establishing rapport, and managing complex issues professionally.
- Strong IT and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and planning skills.
