Job Title: Inventory Integrity Specialist

UKME Mission Enterprise Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Integrity Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Integrity Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the accuracy of inventory data, including stock counts, discrepancies, and shrinkage.
  • Ensure the quality of data used within the inventory system and reporting on all aspects of the warehousing operation.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with key internal customers of the inventory system, troubleshoot and resolve issues reported, and work in conjunction with IT teams to ensure a reliable and consistent inventory system.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and annual summaries related to sales, inventory stock levels, expiring items, and stock values.
  • Develop new reports and dashboards to deliver relevant time-critical information to the inventory team and senior management.
  • Plan and test upgrades to the inventory software, interfaces, and handheld devices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, inventory software management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clean driving license is desirable as you will be visiting other sites.
