Job Title: Advanced Physiotherapist; Cardiac Rehabilitation

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to join our team at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a key member of our therapy service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with complex adult urology, respiratory, gynaecology, and medical conditions.
  • Provide clinical and professional leadership to Physiotherapy colleagues in the specialty area.
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner to develop individualized treatment programmes based on patient needs.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of Physiotherapy services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of Physiotherapy services.
  • Ensure the training and development of staff within the Therapy specialty Team.
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration and Physiotherapy BSc/MSc.
  • Practice/Clinical Educators Course.
  • Significant recent postgraduate clinical experience in the specialist area of respiratory.
