At Medtronic, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that improve lives. As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the purchasing process.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including physicians and consultants, to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Monitor and manage consignment and stock levels, ensuring optimal asset utilization.
  • Train and educate hospital staff on Medtronic products, leveraging our resources to drive adoption.
  • Report market and competitive information, trends, and metrics in a timely and comprehensive manner.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Biology, or a related field.
  • Proven selling skills and experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the decision-making process, including economic buyers and reimbursement.
