About The Role

M Group Services is seeking a skilled Planning Coordinator to join our team in Langley. As a Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling external dig works, ensuring compliance with statutory, client, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule external dig works in accordance with NCT, LoPS, TMA, and Street Works compliance
  • Ensure regulation is adhered to in accordance with legislation and the 2004 Traffic Management Act
  • Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) effectively
  • Maintain lines of communication between stakeholders, including HA's, clients, and Operations
  • Resolve customer queries and job investigations promptly
  • Perform daily and weekly ad-hoc duties
Requirements
  • Detailed working knowledge of NRSWA, noticing, and utility works planning
  • Adaptability to learning new IT systems and MS software awareness
  • Experience in customer complaints and escalation handling within the utility sector
  • Ability to investigate, analyze, and solve problems promptly
