Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Research Process Manager to join our research team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing research/tracking projects, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Planning & Project Management: Effectively manage research/tracking projects, coordinate with project teams, and adhere to deadlines.
- Solution Focused/Proactive: Work with researchers to coordinate and find solutions to project/account problems, and communicate status updates to project teams.
- Communication: External: Proactive, proper, clear, and self-confident communication with clients; Internal: Proactive, friendly, clear, and partnership-oriented communication with team members.
- Process/Program Management: Timeline planning and creation, process documentation management, and championing proper change management.
- 2-4 years' experience in running brand tracking studies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive in finding and implementing suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to express oneself professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
