Job Title: Deputy General Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at JDR Hospitality Recruitment. As a Deputy General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a stunning luxury hotel based in a beautiful part of the Wiltshire countryside.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel's front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.
- Oversee the hotel's revenue management, including room sales, food and beverage sales, and other ancillary revenue streams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, including guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and staff engagement.
- Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the hotel's leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Deputy General Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
