About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the hotel, overseeing a team of Heads of Department.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for the hotel's success.
  • Focus on managing the hotel's food and beverage operations, including developing quality and increasing revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Deputy General Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel.
