We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Service Manager to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of service delivery staff to ensure high-quality care and support to our service users.
  • Develop and implement effective service delivery plans to meet the needs of our service users.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

What We Offer:

  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
  • Wagestream – giving you the flexibility to draw upon up to 40% of your pay, as it is earned.
