Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at the Goddard Arms. As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager and leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and mentor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
- Work closely with the General Manager to create and implement business plans and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the General Manager's absence.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and promote a positive image of the Goddard Arms.
