Logistics Planning Coordinator

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Culina Logistics. This role is a full-time, permanent position that will play a crucial part in supporting our Transport department through effective administrative functions.
Salary: £25,500 per annum.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks and data entry to uphold the Company's compliance with WTD and tachograph regulations.
- Oversee and maintain records for agency drivers, process invoices using SAP, and ensure accurate documentation of agency terms and conditions.
- Manage the input and tracking of drivers' leave and sickness, maintaining the attendance and time-keeping system, and processing medical certificates.
- Regularly update the WTD system to ensure all data remains current and precise.
- Generate and distribute daily reports to the Transport department regarding tachograph data.
- Receive and monitor fuel deliveries, maintaining the fuel tracking system.
- Assist in resolving any inquiries related to driver wages.
- Provide various reports and spreadsheets to internal departments promptly.
- Execute any other formal and legal responsibilities as required.
- Maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) setting is preferred.
