Job Title: Senior Security Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Coordinator to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our Vetting Operations Team, you will play a critical role in providing effective personnel security culture and day-to-day management and delivery of personnel security policy, procedures, risk assessment, management, and general security processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage security aftercare process and insider threat risk management, ensuring the ongoing implementation of a security risk management policy and regular insider threat reviews.
- Assist with production and implementation of policies and processes for handling aftercare-related activities, including security appraisal forms, change of personal circumstance reports, and aftercare incident reporting.
- Implement policy and protocols for monitoring security conduct to identify suspicious behavior and vulnerable or susceptible individuals.
- Develop mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of security training and ongoing improvements.
- Provide security advice to client management and employees within NTT Data.
- Assist with coordinating security controls for new contracts or building alterations where classified assets are handled, stored, or produced.
- Contribute to the security transformation project, providing expertise on IPSA/FSC implementation and UK Government security frameworks.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive working knowledge of FSC/IPSA accredited business or involvement with UK Government Security Frameworks.
- Experience managing insider threat for UK government or accredited FSC/IPSA business.
- Comprehensive understanding of NVS process and aftercare requirements.
- Ability to identify clear outcomes and approaches regarding physical security.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of ISO2001 standard for cyber security.
- Previous experience working in secure environments adhering to security measures and data protection principles.
- Ability to analyze information thoroughly and critically, producing comprehensive and detailed reports on complex security issues.
- Demonstrate experience producing security policy.
- Ability to undergo and successfully complete SC process with potential for DV clearance.
