Overview of the Position
As a Client Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with our members to assist them in discovering the appropriate products and services that can offer genuine assistance in their everyday lives - whether it's planning for a significant trip, purchasing a first residence, or anything else in between. Conducting meaningful conversations confidently through preferred communication channels, as you assist our members in person, via telephone, and with their online account management. Setting aside sales targets, and embracing the freedom to act in the best interest of our members.Each branch at Yorkshire Building Society possesses unique characteristics and qualities that contribute to a distinctive working environment.

We are dedicated to guiding you through your onboarding process to effectively meet customers' needs through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, online support, and telephone communication. The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, from in-branch transactions and savings consultations to digital assistance and both incoming and outgoing customer calls, ensuring we provide an outstanding customer experience.
