Job Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Production Coordinator to join our team in London.

As a Post Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of post-production workflows and asset deliveries.

You will be responsible for scheduling and tracking post-production tasks, conducting thorough quality control of retouched images, and maintaining clear communication of schedules, workflows, and deadlines across all departments.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within an eCommerce photographic studio or creative agency, demonstrating a strong ability to manage image processing and creative production tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and tracking post-production tasks
  • Conducting thorough quality control of retouched images
  • Maintaining clear communication of schedules, workflows, and deadlines
  • Meticulous organisation and delivery of final assets
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of post-production processes for eCommerce
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in Apple software, Adobe Photoshop, and experience with CaptureOne and Excel/Google Sheets
