Our Consulting division, comprising over 1,700 professionals, significantly contributes to the firm's overall success.

As a Manager within our Accounting and Financial Reporting division, your key responsibilities will include the preparation of statutory financial statements, offering financial reporting guidance, and collaborating with audit and tax teams on various financial reporting projects. Our clientele spans multiple industries such as retail, media, technology, travel, manufacturing, and private equity-backed firms.

Core Responsibilities

  • Overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients with distinct assignments.
  • Maintaining a high level of technical expertise.
  • Providing technical assistance to Directors and Partners.
  • Engaging with clients consistently throughout the year.
  • Monitoring profitability through practice management system reports.
  • Participating in recruitment and performance evaluation processes.
  • Completing the firm's review and procedural requirements.
  • Executing ad hoc assignments as necessary.

Performance Metrics:

  • Delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Achieving utilization, profitability, and recovery benchmarks.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical acumen and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to provide in-person support to colleagues.
