Job Title: Apprentice Recruitment Co-Ordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Apprentice Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join our team at TC-Group. As a key member of our internal recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing a recruitment service to our Partners and offices in the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the Internal Recruitment Manager and Head of HR to understand current and predicted recruitment demand.
  • Building a network to increase penetration of target markets and understand TC local office objectives to prioritise sourcing strategy and build pipelines for future needs.
  • Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks.
  • Screening CVs and applications and conducting first-stage telephone interviews.
  • Providing feedback on recruitment best practice, source mix, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Understanding and championing the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting, and using this information to run efficient processes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills, including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Driving licence and car required, with flexibility for travel.
  • Commission structure (following probation).
