Job Title: Apprentice - Pipefitter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice - Pipefitter to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Limited.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to develop their skills and knowledge in pipefitting, working on a variety of projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipework systems and materials.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all domestic plumbing within a ship environment, including removal and installation.
  • Work with and install composite pipework, and develop skills in welding (TIG, MMA).
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure fair use of Flexible Working Scheme (FWS) and meet workload requirements.
  • Participate in toolbox talks and contribute to discussions on shift allocation and FWS.
Working Hours:

We offer a range of working hours, including:

  • Main contract hours: Mon - Thur 07.30
  • Flexible Working Scheme (FWS) contract hours: Mon - Thur 07.00
  • Early shift: Mon - Thur 06.00 with OT undertaken afterwards
  • Back shift: Mon - Thur 13.00 with OT undertaken prior to shift start time
